What is Ideario?
Ideario is an idea portal for teams: one shared place where anyone in your organization can capture ideas, vote on the ones they believe in, and follow them through clear statuses — from inbox all the way to done.
Who can add and vote on ideas?
Every member of your organization. Anyone can capture an idea and cast one vote per idea — and toggle it off if they change their mind. Owners and admins manage statuses and can remove any idea.
Is our data private?
Yes. Ideas, votes and members are scoped to your organization — only people you invite can see them. Workspaces are never public, and your data is never shared with anyone else.
How does pricing work?
The Free plan includes up to 25 ideas and 5 team members — enough to run Ideario with a real team. Pro is $9/month (or $90/year) and unlocks unlimited ideas, up to 25 members and priority support.
Can I self-host Ideario?
No — Ideario is fully hosted for you. We run the servers, the backups and the updates, so your team can focus on the ideas instead of the infrastructure.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Pro is a standard monthly or yearly subscription handled by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing page and keep access until the end of the paid period.
